This is the most amazing machine I've ever been on I even prefer its quality better than any fancy gym one it's just so smooth and feels good to be on it and I think everything that other reviewers said was completely wrong this thing is nothing short of amazing and I've had it many years
I purchased this elliptical in May and haven't been able to use it! Apparently there is a know problem with the wheels heating up and coming off the tracks. i have been thrown of the machine twice nearly breaking my leg. Profrom, who has the worst customer service, has replaced the left and right side of machine and it still doesn't work correctly. When I asked for a new machine or refund, they stated we haven't spent enough yet on repairs to warrant a new machine. Please don't waste your time or money on this machine! I will never buy another proform product again thanks to their lack of customer service and for my personal safety!
