has a lot of optional provisions , fit bit, I Fit, heart rate, program runs etc. so far have enjoyed having made this purchase. Assembly was a chore, but took my time and all can out fine.
It's a nice and quiet machine that I can use in the morning without waking up the family.
I am just getting back to working out and I needed something I could afford and try before deciding if it was right for me. I tested many in the price range and this had the same feel and function as models twice as expensive.
My only compliant is with the battery powered training monitor; it eats AA batteries because there is no way to turn off the machine.
There was a large crack in the base but after carrying all the pieces to my workout room there is no way I would try to put it back in the box to return it, I saw the delivery man struggling getting it out of the truck then walked it to my porch.
Easy to put together, however, after an hour of use screws need to be re-tightened. After tightening screws on the upper body arms a number of times I finally stooped to using Gorilla glue to hold them in. Also, it is very quiet to start with but now it snaps and pops during use. Only time will tell how long it will hold up.
Received it weeks ago, first it was missing a part which took over a week to get, than the pulse motor keeps going and doesn't shut off. I was sent a new module which took another wee and that didn't fix it so I still have not used it
Used for continuing cardiac rehabilitation while gym being updated. Continuing problem with missing parts and ICON communication blocks.
Received it on a Saturday. Put it together by myself in about 2 hrs. Used it Sunday with no issues. Used it Monday and when done the motor was still running. Called Icon and they had me take the batteries out. Was told the the tension motor needed to be replaced. The representative ordered the part from their vendor. Icon didn't have it in stock. Received an email confirming the part ordered. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I called and still haven't received the motor. Very disappointed! The elliptical was used 2x and had issues. I want my money back! I have a machine that I can't even use at this point. Not happy!!
I did not even get to enjoy or put together the product. It came broken. It needs better packaging.
