I never want to buy a new treadmill because of the cost. So I am always buying used ones online. I was finding that I was getting no results with the used ones though. The belts were worn so I couldn't run as fast and the shocks weren't as good either. Proform is always a good brand and they have tons of options in different price ranges. This is definitely the best treadmill I have ever owned. Already seeing better results.
My treadmill came early but once I got it home and began to assemble, I found that it had more than cosmetic damage. One of the legs on the running bed was broken off. I had to pack it all back up and get it back to the store. The reason I didn't rate it one star was because the return process was as good as it could be. Actually, I was not surprised that the treadmill was damaged considering how the box looked. It was obviously mistreated in transit.
Product broke. Will never purchase refurbish again. There is no way product was checked out thoroughly as stated. Extremely heavy and needed help to get in my house and now have to get help again to return it. So disappointed.
