It is a very good product, easy to use by the whole family. The only drawback was when assembling it because the instructive diagrams do not correspond to the product.
Easy to assemble except ; There are places where screws are started in about 3 places. The instructions say remove and discard these screws. These screws should be screwed in with a power tool then removed and discarded . Other screws will be installed later with much more ease . Now I have near professional treadmill at a much better price .
I like the treadmill, it is just what we needed. Was easy to put together took maybe an hour . I was worried it would hurt my knees but so far my knees feel better. Runs quiet and easy to use. I walk on it but my daughter comes almost every day and she runs . It works for both of us. If you need a treadmill to walk or run this one is perfect.
Good treadmill, good price! Fan is a nice bonus. Bluetooth connects iFit app to treadmill but not music to built in speakers! I have to attach my phone/ tablet via 3.5mm headphone jack to get it to play thru the treadmill speakers. I've only had it for 4 days but it's working fine so far.
I like the performance of the treadmill, however I purchase it on line and I am having some difficulty learning how to ;use some of the programs. I would suggest to those who are not technically smart as I am to purchase this product directly from a store to get hands on instructions.
We love the treadmill, but it had slight damage upon arrival. We did go ahead and put it together. It is a small crack in plastic cover with thr logo on it. Have tried to make contact to see if there might be a price adjustment, but have been unsuccessful. I have photos of damage and of the carton showing damage. Would appreciate a return message.
Bought this to help with weight loss. I weigh less than the advertised load rating however the front roller squeaks loudly on every step. Makes me not want to use it. I expected better quality for the price point.
The display does not have a backlight and is small. Also, you cannot pause your workout -- e.g. answering a phone call. I starts the workout over if you hit stop for more than a few seconds. Better options are a available for the price and I would not have purchased this treadmill if those facts were made available.
The reason for the one star is that the box makes it look as if the display is backlit and it's not. I have an older model that's just has a LCD display and it's easy to read. This one is not backlit and is almost impossible to see unless you have a bright light right over it. I have it in my basement with 6 windows and a large glass door and still can't read the display. Like I said the old treadmill with just the LCD display sat in the same place and I had no problem with it. I'm so disappointed in it I'm returning it not to mention that this is the second one I ordered. The first one was damaged in shipping but I didn't know it until I spent 3.5 hours assembling it just to find out it didn't work correctly and then I had to get help moving it up a flight of stairs to return it and now this one with its terrible display has to go back as well.
I purchased the pro form 520 on 11/16 . Got it home assembled it and I have no back light on my display. Called the company waited till today when the sent me another display piece and much to my dissapointment still no back light . I have went throught the book and online over and over and it says there is a lcd display. So my question is does everyone else have back lighting and i just got a junk one , or is everyones display not light up. So taking it back if i have no answers soon.
