Keeping healthy one step at a time
This is the perfect treadmill if you just want to get to your daily goal steps and walk. I haven't tried jogging or anything yet because I don't want to. Ha ha. It is a little loud. But all in all you get what you pay for. I was able to put it together and set it up pretty much by myself. I think my son held a flashlight for me once so I could see better. Final verdict... get this treadmill if you are on a budget. I think you will be satisfied.
This is a good treadmill easy to use. I price was good. Just a starter for me. I will go wider next time
This unit had to be returned. It did not work when assembled. There were several ways to "register" the unit before it would even run (which it did not). The main computer display board did not turn on. Calling for support was equally frustrating, First I had received 4 emails asking for the same information, which I had already entered in the on-line registration form. I was never able to talk on the phone to an actual person. In the end it was not worth trouble to try and troubleshoot it. For nearly $700 it should not have been a problem to resolve the issue. I called Sams, arranged for a refund and a pickup. Working with Sams was excellent. Efficient, polite, and easy to resolve the problem. The problem with the treadmill was not Sams. I would recommend working with Sams on the large ticket items. They know how to work with customers.
Box arrived torn and open. The console is scratched. It's disappointing to receive an item in this condition. I still haven't used , so I don't know if anything else is damaged. This item was poorly handled.
