Belt stops during workouts

I bought this when it first came out and have never had a good workout with it. The belt stops running at least once during most workouts (even short workouts under 20 minutes!). I've had the technician come out several times, replacing various parts, but the issue persists. Sometimes the only way to get it working again is to unplug the whole machine and reboot. I liked all the features, the fan blasts better than other treadmills in the price range, although it would be nice if it was even cooler. I like that you can jump to any incline/speed that you want with a one-touch button and it goes to the new speed/incline very fast as well. Being able to hook up my ipod is nice. I wish it had a profile option so I can keep track of my personal workouts. It never connects to my wifi although I have other devices in the room which connect without problems. But, I didn't buy the treadmill so I can use the internet- so it didn't bother me. If it weren't for the belt stopping and ruining my workouts, I would have liked the product. The main purpose of a treadmill is to run/walk... and this machine can't do the one basic thing a treadmill is made for.
