The massager worked very well, but the heat function did not work at all. Using the information in the information book we phoned customer service, left a message and received a call back 2 days later saying the number had changed. When we called the new number it seemed like a personal cell phone. Basically, we were told to take it back to WalMart and order a new one. I have not been able to make any headway with the manufacturers website either. Good luck. If you want to try this product try it through WalMart where you don't get killed on shipping and can return it to your local store.
