Worked great. Used it for charging phones and camera batteries. Had to prop it up when using the battery charger.
This was purchased because our General Manager was traveling to Australia and it worked great. It converts the 220v to 110v and also includes the adapter plugs for different countries. All the different plugs are labeled with which country to use it in. It comes with a little pouch to keep everything in so nothing gets lost. Well... as long as you remember to pull the plug out of the outlet before you leave the country. Great item.
I didn't have any issues with this adapter and it worked to my expectations. The only obvious negative comment I can make is that the unit is quite heavy, which is of concern for international travelers who carry their luggage on their backs.
I took it to London. It stopped working after 2 days. I do not recommend this product. Also the size of converter is big and heavy. When put with another adapter, it comes out of it.
Bought this to go to Israel for 2 weeks, and it didn't work at all! It may be a good product and i just got a defective one, but i was unable to charge anything, so that left me up a creek!
I got this to use in Africa and while the plug did actually charge some devices, it bent every plug I used so I may have to replace them when I get back to the States because they are bent to the point they won't fit in a normal US plug anymore. It also only charges 2 pronged devices, if you have any that require the 3rd prong you're out of luck. Spend your money on one that is not Walmart brand. Wish I could get a refund for all the devices it ruined.
This converter claims to to work with battery chargers. But I was sent a different brand that says NOT to use with chargers. So I returned it to the store.
I tried to find a converter to transform 220V to 110V, but I changed several times, but they all didn't work!!! No idea what's wrong.
