Noteworthy Construction The Tonare Grand body of the SE T40E is topped with solid Sitka spruce and has ovangkol back and sides. The bracing is PRS Hybrid "X"/Classic, which allows vibration through the spruce top awhile still providing appropriate support. The neck is crafted from mahogany and covered with an ebony fretboard holding 20-frets. It’s an elegant design from PRS. The body is lined with white/black binding as well as abalone purfling, while the soundhole is encircled with abalone and white/black rosette.
