May cause a little cramping! But overall it gets the job done! I was going through tons of miralax until a friend of mine recommended the prunelax liquid. But my lil man wouldn't drink it! So I bought the tablets and crushed them.. gave it to him before bed and he went first thing the next morning!!

This item works well with my bowel regime
I have suffered from constipation for the past 10 years or so. This works...I take one before bed and the next day a quality stool. Usually take from 2 -3 times per week. This is the only thing that has every really worked for me. Try it!!!!!!
I was having trouble going to bathroom and was suffering from bloated stomach and constipation. I took these tablets and was able to use the bathroom and feel more comfortable.
