Great Water Balloons! Hold the perfect amount of water!
The Balloons are impossible to blow up, they do not retain air, the air simply leaks out of the balloon itself and they pop when you blow them up. Do not purchase this product. I would never attempt to put water in these, you would have a complete mess on your hands.
Most have holes very low quality
