My Husband and I have been taking CoQ10 for several years now. I like this brand a lot. I have also read other great reviews on Pure Encapsulations brand being really good. This is now our go to brand for our CoQ10. I highly recommend Pure Encapsulations CoQ10!

After taking this for about 2 Weeks I feel it will help me have good health. A supplement for brain and heart health is a must for me. My doctor recommended Cq10 for me to take along with my other medications. The pills are easy to swallow and I didn't detect any aftertaste
I have been taking the Pure Encapsulations CoQ10 dietary supplements for a few weeks now and I have really enjoyed the way I am feeling. Overall, my energy level feels like it has increased. I can stay awake and alert longer with more efficient awake hours. I feel like my mind has been sharper and it has been easier to stay focused on tasks both large and small. My mental stamina just feels better and enhanced overall. I have also noticed that in addition to my enhanced energy levels, my joints seem to ache less with daily activity! I am very excited for this, because as a busy mom of 3, I don’t have time to let aches or mental fog slow me down! I also appreciate the fact that this supplement is gluten free, non-GMO and hypoallergenic. The pills themselves are not too large. They seem like standard sized capsules. There was no odd aftertaste or flavor either. The instructions call for you to take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day with meals. I’m really happy with this supplement overall and the way I feel after adding them to my daily routine for a couple of weeks!
Using this in conjunction with other meds. Am starting to notice some improvement in energy levels. I am also hoping for help with heart health which isn't as easy to 'feel.'
I have had issues with high cholesterol for over 15 years. To reduce the “bad” cholesterol, I have been taking statins and have modified my diet to reduce cholesterol precursor foods. These measures have worked quite well. However, there is some concern about possible side effects of statins related to reducing naturally occurring levels of coenzyme Q10. Low CoQ10 coenzyme levels are, in some studies, related to increased blood sugar levels, muscle pain, increased blood pressure, and worsening congestive heart failure outcomes. Since the various studies are not definitive and sometimes contradictory, I have hesitated in adding a CoQ10 supplement to my daily supplement/medication regimen. But, with a chance to evaluate Pure Encapsulations’ CoQ10 supplements, I decided to give it a try. I have now taken these easy to take capsules for just over a week. I have noticed a slight decrease in both systolic and diastolic BP readings. I have also noted a decrease in muscle cramps (“Charlie horses”) in my legs at night. So, based on my very short term experience with this product, I do recommend it to those experiencing issues relating to taking statins. I will keep Pure Encapsulations CoQ10 supplements in my daily regimen based on these preliminary results.
I cannot tell after using for a week if these pills work, although I must admit I just feel smarter! LOL I will continue to use them and hope they do what they are supposed to do!
This Coenzyme Q10 capsules by PURE encapsulations are 120mg per pill and the container is 60 caps per bottle supplying either a 60 day supply at 1 a day or 30 days if you take 2 a day! Excellent for cardiovascular health as well as an antioxidant for the brain and cellular health ,works on the cellular level. This is also gluten free and non gmo which a very important. the capsules are vegetarian and hypoallergenic. I have been taking 1 a day for 2 weeks now, I think it's a good idea to start this since I am a female in my 50's and would like to maintain good cardio vascular health going forward!
Supplement did not have any side effects nor did I feel any changes or benefits from only 1 month's supply. If it's something you take regularly, I would try another 60 days worth before giving up on it.
