I trust this brand, I really appreciate the color of the capsules and that they're vegetarian. I take a lot of "pills", so it's nice when they don't all look the same! I feel that CoQ10 has made a positive impact on my health & well-being. It tends to be on the pricier end of supplements, so I appreciate having a trusted and AFFORDABLE option to choose from!
I'm very happy with these so far. Taking them because I also take a statin, and CoQ 10 was recommended to help prevent any muscular aches or similar side effects from the statin. As you can see from the photo, they're not huge, so that's a good thing.
unlike my large coQ10, these capsules are small and leave no after taste. The summation says it all, being made from ingredients you fell confident putting in your body. COQ10 is recommended to anyone who is taking a statin, I have been for years and will continue to do so. The price on thiese are quite expensive, so I will weigh the benefits when it is time to stock up again.
I have been taking CoQ10 as a daily supplement for years because of the health benefits. I was very interested in trying Pure Encapsulations because it is truly pure and has the dosage I wanted. My bottle contains 60 capsules of Coenzyme Q10 @ 250mg each. The only other ingredients are hypoallergenic plant fiber(cellulose) and the vegetarian capsule. A serving is one capsule 1 to 2 times daily with a meal. This company makes sure the supplement is all you're taking with none of the additives. These capsules are certified gluten free, non-GMO, and hypoallergenic. Exactly what I was looking for in a high quality supplement.
This supplement arrived very fast and was well-packaged. I have only taken two doses since receiving it but I have taken CoQ10 in the past. I like the daily dosing regimen and quantity in this supplement. It contains nearly a three months supply. I have in the past derived energy and believe the documentation of this supplement's value. It's touted as an antioxidant and improves cognition and cardiovascular health. They are pure as per the ingredients listed with not chelation or fillers. They are easy to distinguish from the other supplements I take, as well. They have many features, advantages and benefits that I welcome.
These capsules are very easy to swallow. This bottle will last 60 days. I have used Pure Encapsulztion vitamins for awhile and have found they are a good product. The amount of these are 250mg. A good amount.
This product as billed as boosting energy with antioxidants, improving brain and cellular health, cognition, and cardiovascular support. Those would all be good, but I take it because I take red yeast rice (as a statin substitute) to lower cholesterol, and when taking statins or statin substitutes, it is recommended to take CoQ10 to protect muscles. The supplement I usually take is 100 mg and this one contains 250 mg, but I just take one every two or three days to achieve the same level. The pills are gluten free, non-GMO and hypoallergenic. There are 60 in a bottle. It's a small pill that is easy to swallow. I haven't noticed any negative side effects and my muscles seem to be doing fine, so I count that as a win. I would buy these again.
