I've been wanting to try iodine supplements for a few different reasons. I heard that iodine may help to boost your metabolism and I can honestly say that I wake up feeling well rested and my energy is more steady throughout the day. I take a single capsule once per day with my breakfast. There's no flavor or bad aftertaste and the capsules are small and very easy to swallow. Iodine is supposed to be great for helping your nails and hair grow healthier and stronger and reducing dry/flaky skin. I truly need help in that department because my hair and eyebrows have thinned out, over the past few years. I'm only on day 5 so I can't attest to the effects on my hair, nails, and skin just yet, but I have high hopes that I will be seeing some positive changes. Before starting, do your research on iodine supplementation because there are so many great benefits. The Pure Encapsulations brand is quality!
My doctor recommended I supplement with iodine. Although all my test came back clear, my doctor said even a small deficiency can cause major side effects with energy and metabolism. I started taking these according to the directions for about 2 weeks now, and I feel a boost in energy already. It’s subtle, but it’s there, and not jittery energy. The pills are small and manageable and have become a part of my daily regimen.
Iodine is a great supplement to have daily as part of our health regimen. I have been taking this product daily and will continue to. I think its important to look into the benefits of iodine because it is mind blowing how important it is! I also know that my husband and I have a friend former chiropractor recommended this brand as well so I know I'm consuming a good product. The amount per container and amount of iodine for me is great as well.
The iodine supplements arrived quickly and so far , I am pleased with the product. I haven't been taking them long enough to notice a difference, but the are easy to swallow and easy to digest.
I've tried the iodine drops and just can't with the taste. There is no flavor to these at all and I don't burp from taking them either. They are small and easy to swallow. One pill is a serving as well so you are getting a lot more use than most vitamins that require you to take multiple. I have no way to know how much I'm absorbing from them but recommend giving them a go.
I have a thyroid disorder, so decided to get these to hopefully hold off having to get prescription medication. I haven't had a chance to ask my doctor about them, but have taken some. They are small and easy to swallow. Hoping these will symptoms.
