Im very enthusiastic about Pure brand Encapsulations but I think that I must take them a little longer before I can give full endorsement. I need to reduce my blood pressure and this supplement defiately seems to help. Recommended dosage is two capsules one to three times daily. I started with the lowest with little noteable difference of BP reading. However having now increased to the highest recommended three times daily before meals, there is a definite and most welcome drop. I have not experienced any negative effects . I anticipate after another month taking these supplements I will be thrilled.
The capsules are real easy to take. I also love that it does not hurt my stomach which has been a huge issue with other brands in the past. I love that it comes in a huge bottle so I don't have to rebuy it so often.

I Have been taking for about 2 weeks now and not much change. The caplets are on the larger size but still easy to take. I hope that after I get through the 180 bottle that I'll see a big change.
I can’t honestly say that this works as this Pure Encapsulations L-Arginine Supplement to Support Nitric Oxide Production, Immune Support, Memory, Heart Health, and Healthy Blood Flow 180 Capsules didn’t do much for me.
