Works great if you are trying to help your immune system- I teach which means I am in germ central all the time. These help. Quality product without all the extra stuff in them. Highly recommend.
PURE makes a great product that meets all the quality standards, comes with an expiration date and recommendations for 1 pill a day with a meal. The 200mcg is the correct dosage for most people. It is especially important for immune support, thyroid support, and studies have been completed that shows it scavenges cancer cells in the colon to help prevent colon cancer. The pills are easy to swallow, made and bottled in Boston. They also have a customer support number on the bottle if you have any questions.
My husband is over 40 and has begun using supplements for support of various things. He has also had problems with thyroid underactivity in the past. These seem to have work well and provide support for the areas he needs. The size of the capsules is good and they are easy to swallow. There are a lot of capsules in each bottle. Husband recommends them. He hasn't had any side effects either. Also good that they can support the immune system and prostate health which are important as men age.
The Pure Encapsulations Selenium is one of the best supplements to add to your daily routine. I have been using Selenium for many years now and I have found many benefits from it, like staying healthy during times when others are getting sick.I always have good medical checkups and Selenium has always been one of my favorite supplements for my daily diet. It works for me.

Better yet, my doctor told me that my thyroid function has improved.
I've been taking the Pure Encapsulations Selenium for two weeks now instead of my regular brand and, while it's hard to tell any difference, I do believe this is a quality product. I feel just as good, if not a little better during those two weeks as I did before. One huge advantage is the size of the capsules compared to other brands' capsules and tablets. I received this product to evaluate for free, but all comments and opinions are my own. When I see this supplement that's specific to Antioxidant, I jumped on the chance to test it. I've religiously taken it once a day over the last month. Like any supplement, the effect takes a while. I didn't feel any downside, but do noticed some more energy on my part. The taste is not very pleasant, but should be fine if you swallow it whole. Will update if I notice additional effect.
These Pure Encapsulations are VEGAN! Ther are Antioxidant Supplement for Immune System, eProstate, Collagen and Thyroid Support. Also, I can’t really say I feel different but I definitely haven’t found anything wrong with them. If you are on the market to find something basic, but affordable I would go with this product.
The encapsulated selenium are small and easy to swallow pills which is a definite plus. Selenium always has a strong smell, and the bottle does a good job of containing the smell. This is a good quality vitamin and I would definitely buy it again.
This stuff smells very bad and caused me to burp it up all day. I took it for a week hoping that if I tried different things it would stop. But nothing stopped. I wouldn't recommend it.
