Not sure yet as to how effective it is because I just started taking it, however it is very convenient to need only one per day. They are big capsules but not uncomfortable to swallow. No yucky after taste either. A side effect though is excessive itching and I do mean excessive! I'm sure it's because of the liver being detoxified or perhaps it's yeast die off from candida. If this itch is indicative that it's working- then it works well!
