I have used the basic Purex for several years now. Mainly the "Dirt Lifter" liquid detergent. I like Purex because it does a great cleaning job. leaves a mild scent which doesn't activate my allergies and is so affordable compared to other name brand detergents. In the last week, I have tried the 'Natural Elements" scent and fell in love. It is just a touch of outdoors, yet fresh and clean like sheets drying on the line. LOve it. Thank you Purex!!!
This stuff cleaned my clothing well, yet doesn't seem to fade them excessively. I bought several boxes and had them delivered, which was great. After years of tossing my shirts once they got oil stains from cooking I was able to wash them with this. Now, unfortunately, it's not available online and I don't want to go hunting through my local store because they keep moving things.
My kids are able to properly gauge how much detergent they need without me watching over their shoulders. If you purchase at least two boxes online, and like my family - you do up to 5 loads on a weekly basis, the two boxes will hold you for a good 3.5 - 4 months. Not bad for the cost and quality! Love it!
This is my favorite laundry detergent. It cleans well, smells great and is easy on my skin and wallet. I even wash my baby's clothes in this with no adverse reactions. I recommend this to everyone who asks.
I have dogs and the best product that has totally eliminated the smell of their "accidents" and urine it this product. I agree that it should have a scoop inside, but no big deal. I can use my own or save one from other products. I like that it allows me to wash all clothes color or whites together without having problems with the color leakage. Also the fact that it saves on water since the product doesn't require any. Good for environment. Good job
I love this product and will continue using it as long as it's available. It has great freshness and gets my clothes clean for such an economical price. I';m very well pleased with Purex!
Originally bought about a half dozen boxes online and had them delivered right to my doorstep. Figured how bad could it be at a few dollars and change a box for almost five pounds of detergent. I was pleasantly surprised as the scent, performance, and required measured amount recommended for washing was equal to or better than any leading name brand detergent on the market. The only difference is the huge price comparison. It has been out of stock online for quite a while now but fortunately enough it is in stock at my local Walmart and I pick up 4 or 5 boxes when I go shopping there. I love the Walmart.com as they deliver free to the door if you spend $45 or more online but even if you don't the shipping fee they charge is very reasonable. Only drawback is a lot or prior purchased items seem to be out of stock online as is the case with this item. If it is available at your local store pick some up. You definitely will be surprised and thrilled with the performance and price!
I was glad to see this item offered online as this is the detergent that I use. You can't get a better detergent for the money. I've tried many more expensive detergents and most don't compare to the cleaning power of Purex. The price was excellent and it was delivered to my door in just a few days. The only complaint I have is that a measuring scoop was not included in the box. This is the third or fourth box which I have purchased and none of them included a measuring scoop. I've worked around it, but just find it curious that none is included.
I was short on cash one day at the market on my way to do my laundry. 4 loads to be exact. I was perusing the options I had in the laundry soap section and decided on Purex. It was the right prce and the right size for my needs. I figured it would do an OK job, but was blown away when I was folding my whites. I didn't have any bleach that day sooit was just the Purex. The whites were as white and bright as they could possibly be. My colors were bright and my towels came out fabulous. Needless to say I was surprised that a reasonably priced detergent could do such a great job. Thank you Purex,
