I have been a runner for 34 years. During these years, I have really had some pain in my right knee. I have worn a right knee brace for years. I take two tablets twice a day. This has really helped my right knee pain. I have also read some articles, that the collagen tablets are better than calcium tablets for older women, in order to prevent bone loss.
Just began using....easier to swallow than previous pill.
I've used it before and it is the best brand.
Purchased Collagen (along With saw palmetto and hyaluronic acid) and (I swear) I saw a marked difference within 4 days of my start. I've already recommended it to my daughter (she thinks I'd try any crack pot idea around) and all my friends. I've already reordered as I want to see the results of a more long-term use.
It is difficult to guage the effectiveness of this product in a short amount of time. I am not sure that this is the type of collagen that is best for me. The biggest problem is that the tablet is so big that it can be difficult to swallow. Just be prepared!!
Can tell if its doing what is made to do.
One complaint I have is that you are always out of stock with several items I buy regularly. Disappointed. I have been getting my vitamins from another company.
I tried one and the pill was large,uncoated and very difficult to swallow. i returned the product
Hydrolyzed collagen Tablets are the largest I've ever seen and it is required to take four of them twice a day which is nearly impossible if you are taking other medications as well
These pills are big, need to be taken twice daily, and on an empty stomach. I also don't like the smell when you open the bottle, or the taste.
