When a Pill is to large which most are, I simply toss it in the blender with my morning shake. Walla goes down smooth ( ; The one pet peeve I have with Puritan Pride is the number of pills required in most items. Why is it so difficult to compact ingredients into one ?
The glucosamine, chondroitin, and msm are known to support joint health and strength However, this product also contains hyaluronic acid and collagen known to support skin health and strength. I am a 73 year old professional piano player and I rely on a product to help the joints in my fingers and to bring out the best in my appearance.
I have been taking this about a year. It has given me a lot more movement in my knees
I love the fact that one tablet a day is helping to protect my joints as I get older. I exercise daily and can get a full workout without any major soreness. Thanks!
Ima 70 year old who runs 5 or 6 days a week. I run 100 to 120 miles a month. This product helps my knees and hips and is effective in keeping my joints in running condition. I've actually been taking this product for over a year and strongly recommend it.
This is the best blend for me that I can find at this time. I do wish that the Glucosamine HCI was Glucosamine Sulfate. Still, this is a good blend.
This product has a positive promises but I need to wait for sometime before observing these results myself.
I like getting all the ingredients in one pill, works good, but pills are very large and super hard with sharp edges. Manufacturer should consider smaller or softer pills if possible. We cut them in 2-4 pieces to get them down.
These work well but are challenging to swallow (very large)
I don't have a problem with the product except availability. It was out of stock and I'm still waiting to hear that it is back in stock.
