Helps to relax me and help me sleep.
Just the right help to sleeping well.
I used to take at bedtime so I couldn't tell if it was working or it was just time for me to put down my book. I started taking it one hour before I go to bed and it makes me tired by bedtime. I still read a real book not my reader but I fall asleep easily now.

We've been using this product for a number of years, along with melatonin 5 mugs
I have tried melatonin from at least a dozen different labs and Puritan's is the best by far. It takes about 30-40 minutes to kick in and I am guaranteed lots of yawns and quick sleep every night. I'll not have to try any more labs, I've found the one that works best for me!!
I have bought these in pill form as well as the capsules I feel the capsules work better than the pill forms.
I trust puritan pride we have used their vitamins for years . This is a help in sleeping , not overpowering, use it 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep 😴
This does help me sleep, however, I realized since I was taking a prescription medication that together they made me sluggish for more than half a day. I had to stop melatonin.
Great product, just the right strength and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality sleep aid.
