Easy assembly, restaurant quality heater, aesthetically pleasing ambiance.
We love this! The quality is outstanding and the shipping was fast.
My Walmart app was easy to use in ordering this heater. It is exactly as described and works amazingly well. The only thing that was a negative was the amount of time it took to put it together. The instructions were not very good and were wrong in a part of it. This is not Walmart's fault though. I am happy with the order and how fast it arrived. And even delivered on a Sunday, 2 days early.
We bought 3 took my husband about an hour to assemble the first one. Second and third took about 40 min. Look really nice and give off a lot of heat.
I bought item from Walmart but they couldn't help me and told me to contact vendor but email address they gave me was no good and they emailed vendor but never heard back from Walmart or vendor. Should have bought it on Amazon
I bought this heater, package was damaged, delayed %26 sent back for inspection %26 was still delivered without parts….have tried 5 times to contact customer service %26 no response….now we have this product that can not be used %26 no way to return it or simply get the parts needed….even when you google the company outside of the Walmart app there is no way to contact this company to resolve the issue….very disappointing!!!!
Item came defective when using. The heater ignition takes about a minute to turn on, the flame volume does not get higher. The flame lights up, but it does not get higher. The third-party advised to wait for the heater to adjust. I am not going to wait for something that I paid. I have the same heater I had purchased before, no issues with it. Don't understand why the seller doesn't take responsibility for defective.
I bought this unit with the intention of using it on Thanksgiving. The delivery date was supposed to be the Sunday before I needed it so no problem. Without notice, the delivery date was switched to a day later, then to the Wednesday before then the day after Thanksgiving. I contacted the seller and they said they would get the package delivered as soon as possible. In other words, “you will get it when you get it”. I called Walmart and they told me the seller had a delivery grace period of 48 hours. Their records indicated that the delivery date was the day after Thanksgiving so the seller was within policy. I tried to show them the original email that showed the Sunday delivery date. Walmart didn't want to see it. They could care less!! I'm done with Walmart !!!
This thing is so cheap for a reason. They give you a screwdriver that is so small you cannot turn the screws tight. If you use a driver to tighten the screws, the heads strip out. The fire tunnel is just a flame that is small on low and higher on high. No swirling look like you see on similar looking heaters.
Seller don't answer via wallmart apps on customer complain. I have pictures to complain on how it was shipped and the item that dented but they dont answer
