The charging port is horrible. Haven't even had it a week and it's broken already.
I love the convenience to fit and move it around my choice of choosing; however that's where it stops altogether. Firstly, I literally got 2-3 plays out of this thing before I realized it's junk. This is not the same speaker described. In fact I KNOW this is an entirely different QFX speaker because I'm very familiar with this brand amongst many other different brands that I've bought over the years. I'm totally fine with the size that was sent to me because it's actually better but what I'm not okay with is the fact that it doesn't even work!! I'm gonna need y'all to all get on one accord and right this wrong completely because it's clear as day that this is a used and defected item that somehow made its way back out into inventory to sale. The thing dies just as fast as I charged it and even while it's on the charger. Then when it finally decides it does want to cut on, the sound goes in and out and then completely conks out altogether, never cutting back on. So evidently, there's some kind of shortage within the system itself. And I'd kindly appreciate it for someone to reach out to me and replace the same exact speaker y'all sent to me with a totally UNUSED and BRAND NEW speaker.
