Quality of Life AHCC immune support is a product I have been using and it gives me added energy. You get 60 vegicaps in one bottle. AHCC improves your immune response and is supported by over 30 human studies. I actually took 2 yesterday morning and had extra energy to clean out my rainspouts, which I thought would never get done. AHCC has no GMO's. AHCC is medicinal mushroom cultured extract and helps maintain NK cell activity, enhance cytokine production. Quality of Life AHCC promotes T cell activity, promotes macrophage activity and increases dendritic cells. I recommend this product if you are feeling tired and run down.
I have been fascinated by “medicinal mushrooms” for many years and have used various immune system support supplements containing medicinal mushrooms for about 20 years when I felt I needed the extra support. Although I am bit more familiar with the reishi and shiitake mushrooms, I was excited to try this product given the research on this mycelia mushroom. This AHCC (Active Hexose Correlated Compound) supplement by Quality of Life Labs Kinoko Platinum is designed for immune system support, which contains the roots of the medicinal mycelia mushroom in the form of a fermented extract. According to Quality of Life Labs, this is the most researched compound in terms of “specialty immune supplements” and is supported by more than 30 human clinical studies. Quality of Life Labs states that this Kinoko Platinum AHCC supplement is used by approximately 1,000 clinics globally and touts this supplement to provide increased absorption and efficacy due to its acetylated alpha-glucans along with “other unique fractions”. This bottle contains 60 vegetarian capsules and the capsules are not large at all (for those concerned with size). The recommend serving is 2 veggie caps during “heightened immune challenges”. Each capsule provides 750mg of AHCC per serving to support the immune system. I like knowing that I can take a supplement such as this to support my immune system as I see fit and that I am doing something good for my body. Quality of Life Labs has been bringing their clinically-backed ingredients to create amazing products for the US market for more than ten years, and two of their products have won awards for being some of the “Best Finished Products of the Year, including this one. Take 2 capsules a day before a meal that's all that's all you have to do to improve your immune system. I just started the pills. They are tasteless but a bit bigger than typical capsules.i have a hard time swallowing pills and these ones are a bit tough to swallow.
Very impressed with the quality of this supplement from Quality of Life Labs! Even the packaging is top-notch! The amber glass bottle came in a very nice box. A quick check of the label shows that this supplement contains medicinal mushrooms and their biomass. I have taken a few doses and believe that this stuff does what they claim. I am very impressed.
I started taking the Kinoko Platinum AHCC a few days ago. In my opinion, the supplement seems to have helped my allergies a little. I feel that the capsules are larger than what I prefer to take considering that the dosage is 2-4 capsules daily before meals.
I have had bad luck with colds and stomach viruses this past cold season. I received these immune support capsules through spark review and began taking them. So far I seem to be having more energy and feeling better all over. Thankful oh I haven't had any more relapse with colds, so far so good. I plan to keep taking these and hope I continue to have success with them. The only negative is the smell and little burpy herb smell sometimes if I didn't drink enough water. Other than that I have been rather pleased with this product. I would recommend Quality of Life Immune Support Capsules.
SINCE I'M A VEGETARIAN I WELCOMED THESE KINOKO PLATINUM AHCC IMMUNE SUPPORT PILLS. I HAVE BEEN TAKED THEM AS DIRECTED. I REALLY CA'N'T TELL ANY NEGATIVE EFFECT OF THESE PILLS EXCEPT A LITTLE CONSTIPATION SO I DRINK MORE WATER WITH THEM BUT I DO NEED TO TAKE THEN LONGER THAN 10 DAYS. KHAYAHVAH
I tried these because the mushroom extract is good for me. I take another brand similar to thirst ingredients. I took them with and without food. Unfortunately neither way worked for me. If this is something you want-try them. Your body might love them
Been taking the giant pills for a few days and havent noticed a difference in my body or immune system. Product is packages in a cheap plastic bottle with a bland wrap with very little instructions on it. Be better if you went with a brand name.
Came with a delay and a broken bottom.
