This works great to relieve histamine overload and to help you sleep. I take half a pill to minimize the itchy eyes nose throat from seasonal allergies along w an eternal energy vitamin shot or else I'm a zombie all day. A whole pill will completely zone me out so if I'm having a panicky non work day, I'll take a whole one. For some reason though at night even though the main ingredient is diphenhydramine, the same as sleep aid, it actually induces anxiety. Food helps it process better. 10/10 recommend for emergency use only. Imo: Zyrtec aka cetrizine is better taken 1x daily, year round to keep allergies at bay. (Non drowsy)

I suddenly started to itch when the only thing I thought would help was itch cream but the itch cream alone didn't help but I took 1 allergy relief tablet and in a few minutes I fell asleep and had a great night sleep. The price is perfect and the results was equally great. I recommend it .

works just as well if not better than name brand products. with other brands it wasnt lasting the full time it was suppose too. with this product none of us are left suffering 2-6 hours between next dose.
As someone who is active but obese, I use these to clear my sinuses. It's not a decongestant, but it does remove annoying eye itch and red eyes. Also it can help keep your nose clean. My favourite allergy medicine. Yes it's like name brand allergy medication. Make sure to drink water.
I usually use Equate brand but I received this one instead. I don't know why but this brand is strong and it makes my head feel strange. If you're taking it to help you sleep then this definitely works
I love the fact that you can have your grocery's delivered but the thing I hate is when you order something and the shopper asked if you want to decline it or except it and there is a space where it SAYS “ CHAT WITH THE SHOPPER” and the person shopping never respond and their still shopping for your stuff, why do you have that when they never respond!
I asked for no substitutes on this delivery order. Apparently Walmart went ahead and gave me a substitute anyway.. I honestly had totally forgotten about it until they wanted me to review this product, incredibly unhappy with their performance.
