The best! I have insomnia so bad my eye bags are just dark. I take one 30 mins before bed and right after I am in deep slumber. Don't hear vehicles going by or when I woke up in the middle of the night I can go back to sleep right away. I don't take it every night it feels like it makes you go to sleep the next night even without taking it.
Best sleeping aid I've ever taken. Worked like magic as soon as a took it 10-15 minutes later I couldn't keep my eyes open. Slept so good and woke up the next morning very well rested.
I really like this sleep aid. I've tried so many different ones and they don't work for me but this one does and keeps me asleep for more than a few hours without waking back up like some of the others I've tried and it's a good price. I'll defiantly keep using this one.

I tried this product and have not had an issue! Slept like a newborn and didn't have that sluggish feeling the next morning. Good product for such a cheap cost of $.88 in the store!
I like this alot. I haven't been sleeping to good lately. So i tried this and it works. If you are having trouble sleeping at night i would try this.
