This help me create and track a work schedule for employees and is easier with a in/out board.

Product advertised is what arrived - and in fairly short order. Only slight issue is that the magnetic strips for the names are each somewhat warped, however, they still attach just fine to the board. Seems like this will work out very well.
The personnel board can only be written on on the white squares. All other places of the board cannot be written on with the dry erase marker as it becomes permanent. There was no warning of that on any websites that sell the product, including this one.
