I really liked these cork panels. the dark color make all my projects very rich looking.
Love these tiles. They are exactly what I was looking for to protect an 8 cubby hole storage unit I use as a table next to my chair in the living room. My cats love sitting next to me and sometimes they get energetic and decide to take off running at a spur of the moment to chase someone else. These tiles help protect the top of that unit from their little nails but not only that I can set a cold or hot drink on these tiles and they act like a Hugh coaster. They are nice and thick and yes, they can crumble if not handled properly. I used an Exacto knife to cut one down to finish off an edge. Just take your time and it will cut nicely and evenly. I used the enclosed sticky tabs and they have not marred my storage unit top. Come off easily as I needed to reset the tiles so they snugged up to each other without a gap in the seams. I noticed these 12x12 inch tiles come in 2 colours. I prefer the dark brown because it fits in with my decor better. One cat did try to use these as a scratching post but with some training and patience he learned not to. The tiles I purchased were about 1cm/10mm thick, so a nice thickness, imo. Overall, I very pleased with this purchase. Safe journey...
I bought these to display my lesson plan on the back of my desk for all administrators to see. It works well. May need to purchase double stick tape to re-stick them later.
I've had these cork panels before but needed new ones when i remodeled the kitchen. I cut them down and installed them on the side of my kitchen cabinets. They blend beautifully with the cabinet.
Looks great! Good price, but they fall apart fairly easily.
Very thin material made so that pins won't even stay in board with papers attached. Anything with any amount of weight won't stick in the board. Might work for small notes/messages but nothing with weight.
Self stick pads could not be peeled off for adhesive. Had to use my own double sided tape to install tiles. Will take back to store for refund,,
Not very rigid. Crumble easily while cutting.
The sticking pads used to put them up on the wall stick to the wall just fine, but they don't stick to the cork boards themselves. Numerous times I would come back around the corner and have my cork boards fall to the floor to break and crumble all over the place. I even tried using various kinda of tapes, but the cork board material is not very adhesive-friendly.
The cork was falling off and when I wiped it down the dye came off. I had unfortunately lost the return receipt so ended up having to throw away. Really disappointed because everything else I had gotten with you was of excellent quality. Waste of money.
