I had previously tiled a bath and used a paper cutter from my office. I stated to several people that someone needed to produce something like this to just cut tile. Well, when I saw this on line I was delighted and ordered it right away. For the money it is GREAT.
I found, with the lower blade raised as much as it is I had a vary difficult time cutting the tile. I've been around tools all my life. This one has been a complete surprise in that something so simple needs to be looked into for any adjustments if they are available. Had a very hard time making very simple cuts.
