Cleans grime and bugs and treats with Rain-X at the same time.
This product works with everything especially bugs. So as long as you have good windshield wipers they will come off and. I hate streaks and this doesn't leave any on my windshield 10/10 recommend.
I've never had any thing to say about any wondshield wiper fluid. This rain-X stuff rocks! rain water now beads up and runs of windshield and barely even need wipers on. Very noticable difference from the water smear I didnt realize I was just putting up with. Be warned, if you try this rain-X there is not going back.
Rain-X's orange washer fluid is the best fluid on the planet. Sheets rain right off the windshield. Once this stuff is bedded on the glass, many rain showers, you won't even have to turn your wipers on.
I use other Rainex products. I wanted to switch to this for my windshield fluid.
I ordered (4) 1 gallon jugs LUCKILY they arrived undamaged. This was packaged in a 29x21x18 box with about 10 feet of paper laying in there. The product itself is great.
Granted Rain-X costs more but it is well worth it. Rain-X cleans all the bugs and gunk off my windshield during the spring and summer and melts ice and snow in the winter. I run this stuff all year because it does a better job than regular summer washer fluid.
Awesome product at a great price! I normally only use this brand, helps prevent streaking and keeps wipers fresh.
Do not order online! I ordered 2. Thankfully the shipper placed both in a large ziplock bag. One bottle was almost empty and exploded in the bag. Walmart was ever so kind and refunded my credit card. The product itself: the only downside to it is that immediately after spraying the windshield, it has a mild “film” on the windshield that dissipates. In some situations I think that alone could have a safety issue. Even if it dissipates rather quickly it concerns me a bit. The plus for this product is that unlike some cheap windshield wiper in fluid it does clean the windshield well and you don't need to do a continuous cycle of spraying. Not sure if I will buy again. If so, I will buy at the store.
I had to buy this product instead of the other good winter rated washer fluid which remains out of stock. It's probably going to be fine. HOWEVER, like so many of the other reviews, the box was ruined %26 broken open at the bottom with some wetness from leakage making the box floppy. I ordered 4 gallon bottles so WalMart needs to put some additional cardboard inside to avoid load shifting. How long will Walmart ignore this shipping problem?
