The RainX Automotive Glass Cleaner wipes arrived this week. They are pre-moistened and contain 25 wipes. The wipes easily tear right out of the middle. They easily remove residue from the window. The wipes dry streak free. The RainX wipes smell sort of like regular glass cleaner. I love how convenient the wipes are and the size of the container easily fits in my center console. I would recommend.
These wipes are so handy to have around the house and for your vehicle. I tried one on my front door that had lots of handprints and dog prints and usually is very hard to get clean. This wipe had no problem cutting through all the dirt and grease and left the door looking so clean. I love these and now keep them in my vehicle cause driving on country roads, the windshield tends to get a little dirty.
This is not something I would normally purchase for myself but they work pretty good. Not a streak left in sight. And it didn't dry out so fast that I couldn't get the area I wanted cleaned in time. This is one of those convenience products that you want to have on hand for busy mornings or in your car cleaning kit and they do work work well! If they came in XL that would probably be my choice though. These work great but are on the small-ish side.
I'm impressed with these RainX pre-moistened wipes! They clean so well! I wasn't expecting such a flawlessly streak-free finish after just a few wipes. The wipes are quite wet, so when it was leaving my window with wet trails, I figured they'd leave a streak for sure, but they didn't! It dried perfectly clean and clear. I have not seen how it handles rain, but I do know how RainX products work, and I know it should offer some great water repellence. I can't get over how much dirt and grime came off my windows, despite my going to a carwash a couple of weeks ago! My windshield, windows, and mirrors are now shining so beautifully, they look polished! My car looks like it's going to a show!! Great product. I used maybe 5 wipes to do my entire car, including my moon roof's glass!
These rainx wipes are great. They are very easy to use to wipe the window. I love how the rain just floats up off the window after using these wipes to help me to better when driving in the rain and to not need to use my wipers as much. I would highly recommend.
I really like these wipes and I'm glad I picked them to review. They work great definitely better than I expected them to work. I definitely recommend getting them to try. Definitely worth it you won't be disappointed with how good they work. Only thing I didn't like is they next wipe doesn't really stay in the little piece to make it easy to get another one.
The RainX Auto Glass Cleaner Pre-moistened wipes work perfectly. They have a black lid that pops open and come with a seal that needs to be removed before use. There are 25 pre-moistened wipes and they are about the size of a sandwich bag (7 x 8). I have used them inside my house and in the car. There are no streaks on my windows, and they look clean. They also stayed wet for quite a bit. I brought them to my car, because I get the smudges all over the windshield and I hate them. This makes the window clean and easier to see through. Also, they do not have a strong smell.
These are a convenient wipe to have on hand and wow do they work wonders! It takes about 3-4 wipes to clean my full front windshield from its dirtiest point to completely spotless; or 1-2 wipes after a car wash to remove streaks and water marks. I do wish they would rethink the packaging, as the wipe grip in the cap is inefficient and does not hold on to the remaining wipes as it should. I feel a package similar to what is used for baby wipes would be a better packaging option and would be much more compact, as the tube does not quite fit into my glove box.
These wipes aren't pretty good. I have a lot of trees at my complex so my car is always getting pooped on. These wipes came in handy for a quick clean up. I did use a couple at a time to clean up the mess and the rest of my window through. They are strong wipes. I wish they were A bit more wet cause I think it would have cleaned a lil faster and easier. Not a fan of the container. I would prefer a little plastic pouch that is easier to store but that's just my personal preference.
My review for this product is pretty neutral. The Rain X Automotive Glass Cleaner Wipes is similar to other products that I have used such as Amor All Glass Wipes. The product states that it “cleans to a steak-free shine.” It did clean well. However, it left behind a lot of lint like substance on the surface area. The wipe also rolled up after several swipes. So far the “sealed to prevent dry-out” is true. Although, I have not had the product long enough to know whether or not that statement will prove true over a longer period of time. I like this product because it is convenient. The bottle is small enough to easily store in your car and comes in handy the windshield is really bothering you, but you do not have enough time to stop at a gas station to use a squeegee. It is something that every car owner should have in his or her car. For the sake of convivence alone I would buy this product. There are many times that I have used such products and glad that I had them on hand. I also tested the Rain X wipes out on mirror in my house and it did a decent job at cleaning them and was quick.
