I took this vitamin thru both pregnancies and breastfeeding! It never made me feel sick or cause any issues. I had healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. It is affordable and sold at a lot of health stores. I would buy it again!
I always recommend this prenatal vitamin to anyone who ask. I've use it for my 3 kids and never had an issue with any deficiency during my pregnancy. I've tried others and had issues with too much or not enough of something.
