I had several nails split from the winter and I don't know if I can attribute their finally growing in to this product but maybe my hair... I'm 46, have no greys and my hair is shiny and bouncy...
I have only been taking this for about a month or so, but I am already noticing a little difference.
Really liken this blend
Pretty obsessed with all things Rainbow Light brand. I just started supplementing my vitamin regimen with their Nail, Hair and Skim Connection vitamin and after a few weeks, I am seeing an overall improvement in the strength of my hair and my nails. I use this in addition to my multi-vitamin and I think the combo is really key.
Excellent product. See results &have yet to finish a bottle.
It took a while but my hair has thickened up quite a bit. Have tried other formulas with little success over the past 5 years. This one seems to have done the trick.
Looks to be quality product. Good brand for the price. The spectrum that I was looking for in B vitamins, and the other supporting vitamins and minerals. It's supports what I'm looking for, help with hair growth, while having a bunch of ingredients that help with a host of other bodily functions as well. I gave a couple of fours simply because I don't know yet if it's successful for me and my condition.
You have to give any product time to work. I was told years ago when I was studying nutritional supplements. To at least give the product 3 months max, depending on what it was. Well I saw no results the first month of this product at all. By the 2nd month everything took off. After I was half way through my bottle. I started my 3rd bottle today. Hair and nails look great and are growing beautifully. I will always take care of my lengthy afro hair and welcome more length. I am aiming for waist length. And my few grays look Radiant, loveeeee my new growth. I am 60 years young and proud of it. I will be ordering more love these Prices!
I chosen these because they seemed to have most of the ingredients I was looking for. Didn’t realize they were tablets. I don’t like tasting them so I’m not taking them everyday as I should. Wish they made them in capsule form. I can take 6 capsules at a time but can’t even get one tablet down lol.
Rainbow Light is my ‘go-to’ brand for vitamins. I have used the entire bottle of Nail, Hair and Skin and haven’t seen much difference. I also use the vitamins for Women (which I love and the gummy vitamin. Perhaps I need to order again to see if it will make a difference.
