[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for prenatal that doesn't make me super nauseous during my first trimester, because I'm already really nauseous. I've tried many brands, and some had cross aftertastes and others have gross fish burps that i couldn't handle. I've taken other Rainbow Light vitamins, and never had a problem with their aftertastes so I decided to give the prenatal duo a chance out of desperation. I was impressed after my first use. When I first opened up the bottle and saw the size of the pills, I was a little hesitant because swallowing pills can sometimes be difficult for me, but I gave it a try and I am so happy that I did. The prenatal is a pill, not capsule but unlike most prenatals I tried it doesn't have a taste when it's sitting in your tongue before you swallow it. After I swallowed it it was tasteless in my mouth. Which is good. I always take my pills with a flavored drink like Powerade or juice, to prevent tasting anything, and Sometimes I still do taste a yucky after taste, but with these there was nothing. These prenatals had all the vitamins in the right levels that my doctor recommended, and they even have a superfood and probiotic blend which only enhances the benefits that it provides. I am still taking these prenatals 3 weeks post partum with my son, who I I am exclusively nursing. The prenatal DHA is great as well. There is she thing in the bottle that prevents it from having a gross fishy smell, and instead it has a citrusy smell. I've always avoided real fish DHA for the after burps, and instead used algae FHA or other vegan sources but since I love the brand Rainbow Light I decided to give these a try. I hold my nose when I take DHA, it's just a thing that I do, but after I swallowed these there was no reminiscent of ever taking them. No after tastes, no fish burps nothing which I am happy about. These duo package is a great way to get all the supplements you need while trying to conceive, pregnancy and post Partum life. it comes together so you don't need to run all over trying to find the right DHA which makes things easier. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good prenatal vitamin. Attached are photos of the pills next to. A USA quarter so you can see the accurate sizing of the pills.

You take 1 pill from each bottle daily. The first bottle is a prenatal multivitamin and the second bottle contains a prenatal DHA omega 3 fish oil soft gel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prenatal Daily Duo: Prenatal One + DHA combination offers the necessary vitamins necessary while pregnant and after giving birth. I've tried these and was not nauseous at all. A lot of vitamins cause me to become nauseous. They were a good alternative to the other brands I've seen for sale.
I feel like I am genuinely getting what I pay for. I can tell it's better quality ingredients compared to other brands without the unnecessary additives such as dyes. Thank you Rainbow Light!!
It has iron which most prenatal vitamins don't have. Plus the DHA capsules are VEGAN!!! It kept my energy levels better compared to other prenatal vitamins
I've tried many other prenatal products and these give me the best energy, least nausea and I feel like I get the right amount of vitamins for my baby and myself. I've tried about 6 other products and this is by far the best out there!!!

I believe taking softgels gets into your system quicker. I like how it has a rainbow of super food blends & a probiotics.

She likes that the smell of them isn't overpowering so it's easier for her to take with all the nauseous that happens with different types of smell as a symptom of her pregnancy . She does wish they where a little smaller beings she has a hard time swallowing pills . She has to use a pill cutter and cut them in half before taking them . Loaded with vitamins and minerals that are healthy for her and our growing baby boy .
