Despite having to deal with Walmart, this exceeded my every expectation. I needed to replace the knobs on my old stove. I hunted around and couldn't find anything that remotely matched my oven and the manufacturer wanted $80+ for four knobs. I was at the point where I was looking into buying a broken oven just to raid it for the knobs when I found this. This seemed perfect. I ordered it and they worked great right out of the package. Looked just right and they fit. But what really blew me away was the attention to detail. They give you 5 adapters to fit any kind of oven. The adapters fit in easily by hand and can be removed if needed. They even set it up so that you can't put the adapter in backwards. This attention of detail is what really surprised and delighted me. The faceplates are similarly excellent. They come labeled for both oven and burners and for clockwise and counterclockwise. I expected them to be stickers, but they are actually enamel with an adhesive back, which is way better! Looks better, lasts longer, easier to clean. Perfect. They even put in detents at each of the cardinal directions so it is basically impossible to glue the faceplate on askew. Basically this product is exactly what you need to replace a knob and has many clever details which this is a higher quality knob than I started with and assembling this was so painless it was a pleasure.

Knobs for stoves/ovens are very hard to match up. This universal knob with different faces and connectors was brilliant and works excellent for our tenants oven.

The knobs do not fit, they are not really universal. I have a GE Profile range with a ceramic top. The range control stem is of a different shape than what came as a universal konb kit.
Did not fit my stove right, insert doesnt go in all the way flush with knob, then it slid all the way down on shaft and you had no room to push the knob in to turn the burner on, it hit the screws.
