Absolutely love these!!! Was forced to upgrade when last set(different brand) went out after about 5 years. And decided i wanted a wireless headset to cut the cord. They sound amazing especially with the free surround upgrade really makes a difference regardless of what anyone says. Now they are wireless, BUT, NOT for xbox. They will work to xbox via aux cable but NOT wirelessly. I tried on my xbox series s and regular xbox one s and COULD NOT get it to work wirelessly. But everything else as far as my galaxy, my wifes ps5, my son's switch, and my gaming pc(knew it wouldn't be a problem here just stating in case someone else needs reassurance) all with no problem. Which it's no big deal with the xbox as i pretty much game all the time on PC unless it's something that only on console game pass so not a deal breaker for me. I love them!!!!
I’ve had this headset a little over a month now and have had absolutely no problems. No connectivity issues or quality issues of any kind, they look incredible and feel fantastic, they don’t run hot and have a ridiculously long battery life. They are a big purchase being over $100 if you’re on a budget but well worth the asking price. I highly recommend!!!!
Very comfortable, works great for my intended use (on the phone all day for work). The headphones block a good amount of ambient noise as well which may be good or not depending on your preference.
It is a great headset, it comes with EVERYTHING you need for it to be wireless and wired!! you can take the microphone off the headset if you just want to listen to the audio and not talk and it’s as easy as plugging the mic back in. does have a mute bottom too. and great sound
They work amazing and it hooked up to my phone too alsome love them
I like to game and I have used this headset daily for hours at a time for the past couple of months now. Overall they are not terrible but I have issue with the headband and the microphone. The microphone connection is really bad. I've ensured that it is connected securely and snugly into the mic port but I always have an issue with it picking up my voice if im in a call (usually discord). I often have to adjust the position of the mic whenever I want to use it, and if I find a good position it doesn't guarantee it will continue to pick up sound the entire time. It's incredibly frustrating that a key feature on the wireless headset is so unreliable! I have experienced so much frustration with it that I would prefer to just buy a seperate standing mic than use the one on the headset. The sound quality is good, i can enjoy shows fairly well and dont have issue with that or the volume or interface. My second issue however is that the headband is not well made. I have a big head, and I read the instructions to gently stretch the headset prior to using it to help it last longer. However, I feel regardless of the pre-stretching, this headset's head band was going to separate. The soft foam, which is comfortable, is just glued onto the plastic top half of the band which makes it easy to separate. I felt this was a very poor design choice on their part. Maybe if you have a regular to small headsize it wouldnt matter, but if you have a big wide head, it wont take long for the headband to begins separating. Overall its good for listening to audio, but not worth the purchase if the microphone is a deciding factor. You could probably find a cheaper headset and get a stand alone mic, or a headset with a microphone that actually works as intended consistently. Also, more recently I will have issue with the bluetooth connection dongle; its not frequent as of yet but worth noting. Granted this is a bluetooth item and I feel bluetooth connections always have a risk of occasional failure. I have been a fan of Razor, but this was just not the best performing product.
Sound quality was lacking and was hard to hear people. Mic was so big it got in the way and often fell off as it was plugged into the headset. Wouldn't recommend. If it was 10 or 20 bucks maybe but at a hundred dollar price point expected a lot more.
I bought a set, it had BT, liked them so grabbed another seemingly identical item. Same SKU, no BT. look out, it seems there are two models out there. One has an offset type reciver, it has BT. The other does not.
It seem like a reasonable deal for a good brand product. Be warned my had connection issues out of box. I did purchase one for my daughter as well and hers' had no issue. Normal I would not have written a review but the customers service for razer was horrible. The issue I have is that save they need proof of purchase for tacking, which okay seem reasonable at face value. What if you misplace a receipt or if its a gift... They can't track the item by the serial number, is what I was told. Okay so what is the point of the serial number of the item then? Just another way for company to refuse fixing a faulty product. I am a reasonable person but when you tell me that you cant track an item you put a serial number on that just doesn't sit well with me. I will never by another Razer product, in the past I would recommend and praise this brand. Sound quality was okay, didn't blow my mind but didn't expect amazing for the price point. I did like the fact that it should've had the capability to work both wirelessly and wired. Shame this product had real potential. Id leave no star if possible.
Do not recommend this product. The right ear extension broke after 3 months of casual use. It is not worth the money, I tried to fix it but it does not fit to my head the same way so the sound is not the same. It is not worth the money or hassle of having to find a new headset. I wish I listened to the reviews.
