My son loves this headset, great value, works well, doesn't cancel all noise but enough he concentrate on the game and still here for emergencies.
Came packaged nicely, not sure of quality since this is a christmas gift
I heard good things about this headset and decided to get this one after my old razer headset wire connection was broken. I was skeptically if Walmart was actually selling the authentic product as it was significantly cheaper than other websites at the time and still is one of the cheaper prices. The product is real and if you're using it on a laptop I would recommend an usb audio controller to have your mic coming from the headset. Otherwise mostly likely no issues with computers as it comes with an audio splitter. Fits my head thats in between being small and medium well. Also very comfortable if you accidentally fall asleep in it.

Reasonable length of time for shipping, item looks good. This item was purchased for a Christmas gift, so I don't know how the functioning will be yet.

. having to always redownload, it just freezes randomly, they dont listen to any input or suggestions about the software given.
I bought this headset after a decent amount of research into wireless headsets for gaming. Initially, I was very pleased with it.
This worked for about 32 hours then stopped. You can use the mic if you talk into the earpiece but you can no longer hear sound. I would recommend against purchasing.
