Super easy set up with all the bells and whistles you would expect from Razer. Super crisp sound, and the THX module makes it completely immersive! Absolutely worth the $$!!!
Great buy, Awesome for any gamer. I ordered these on the 23rd and they arrived on the 28th. They sound amazing, the THX sound car works great. Overall great buy. One thing, when you first get them and you have another razer product, you will need to remove your old razer product and restart your computer. Also set your new razer device to default. When it connects, make sure your audio is set to "Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse)" and there you go. 1 more thing, if it doesn't sound loud enough or loud at all, mess around with the game/chat volume adjuster.
If you're even considering these, don't hesitate! Just buy already! For the price, the sound is amazing! They are also very comfortable.
This product was expensive but well worth the money. The sounds quality is incredible and its cushioned very well around the ears.
If you don't have a computer and run console the THX surround sound isn't comparable, but it's still totally worth it for the price!
Advertising states for use with multiple gaming systems, one being the switch. Problem is the only time you are able to use this headset with the switch is when it is in handheld mode, but NOT when it is in console mode. The headset worked great with the Xbox one. Great sound. Will be returning due to only completely working with one of two gaming systems that we use.
The sound quality is okay not perfect but is doable, if your using for a console like I am, for some reason it won't show that your using a mic in chat game, but if your in a party you'll be able to use it, maybe I haven't figured out how to properly use it, but overall is good. Very cushioned on the ears and top of the head so you can wear this for hours without feeling uncomfortable
Multiple reasons this headset is bad especially for the price..volume is sooooo low have play on max,mic is super quiet unless right against face and on full blast..Ear phones are made for people with small ears..inside where your ear is has no padding just a hard piece plastic pushing against ear..surrounded sound is a joke..
Very disappointed in Razers' customer service. This is the second pair we have owned in a little over a year. Owned these pricy headphones for two months and when simply pulling the analog plug from the computer, it disintegrated into several pieces. Beware of the warranty it doesn't cover most situations which they like to tag as ‘an act of god' situation and therefore they cannot be responsible. Wish I learned my lesson the first go round with this brand. After having the first pair for just under a year the sound started crackling really bad them quit working altogether. Surprise...that isn't covered either. So much for giving them a second chance.
