This headset has GREAT sound and voice clarity! I love listening to music on them or watching movies on my PC with them. With the Razer Synapse program you can adjust the lighting effects and adjust customizable settings for sound and mic features. The Razer Synapse also has a virtual suround sound feature for headsets that make shooter games more fun (as you can tell what direction in game a sound is coming from). It holds a very good charge and I can go for days gaming long hours without having to charge them. A personal peeve I have about them is if you use them for chatting with your game sounds coming out of your PC speakers they will shut off on you with no warning or option to cancel teh shut down (unlike Turtle Beach wireless headsets that verbaly ask if you would like to cancel hte auto shut down). They are comfortable but don't fit tightly so are prone to slip if you lean forward some ( I sometimes wear a cap to stop this from happening). I wear glasses and have never had them become uncomfortable due to glasses earpieces. Pros: Comfortable (even wearing glasses), great sound and voice clarity, perfect noise filtering for mic, cool lighting and Razer logo on the side, long battery charge, works on PC or PS4 (don't have a Xbox to know how well they work on it). Cons: Can't adjust for a snug fit, powers off automatically with no warning or way to disasble the feature (just have to reach up and turn them back on about every 15 minutes or so; unless you have your game sound coming out of them).
Bought this for my Grandson for Christmas 2018 and less than 6 months the plastic headpiece broke into. I ordered this on line from Wal-Mart and did not pay for the extra warranty so guess I'm screwed. He really like the headset and he takes really good care of all his electronics. Just a bad design. Too much money for only 6 months use.
