I took my time to try out this gaming mouse to make sure that my review is truly honest regarding durability and reliability. I am amazed at how responsive and versatile this gaming mouse is. I do not just use it for gaming; also, I have been using it in different devices in my house. Razer Naga Trinity - Chroma Gaming Mouse is a truly plug and play mouse with its own smart system; the mouse is very comfortable to hold from any angle, and the design as seen in the pictures I posted is very futuristic. The Optical Sensor is very responsive and makes gaming the more enjoyable. Furthermore, in my opinion, and based on my experience while playing a very competitive game, the mouse responsiveness has made a huge difference in gaming performance giving me a good advantage over other gamers. The Interchangeable Side Plates that come in the box with the Razer Naga Trinity - Chroma Gaming Mouse is a plus for me; my husband and child likes using it with the plates that come attached to it. However, I like changing them up a little; I like the way it changes colors often. I wanted to take pictures of all the colors it changes to, but I am only allowed to upload two pictures.
I recently bought this product for my sons as a gift for the holidays. He was SO HAPPY with, not just the looks, but says, the feel and speed of the mouse is the best he's has for gaming!! He has been begging for this mouse, since he already had the keyboard and mousepad of the same brand. They all light up in synchronization of each other and the color and speed of the lights can be altered using the laptop. VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE!!
I was able to try out this mouse for the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program knowing that this would be a quality product from Razor. First let me start by saying I'm not a serious gamer. In fact I don't do games much at all. However, I was able to do some things on this mouse that I couldn't do with a nice mouse recommended from there biggest competitor. I like this mouse quite a lot. Its not too small on the hand. There are thousands of different features for customization. The software from Razor is excellent. (I used on Windows 10). The wired cored (and yes this is a wired mouse) is not a typical cheap cord. Its more of a rope type cord for added protection. This thing is quite simple to run for a person who uses a mouse for everyday stuff. I just plugged the mouse in the desktop and right away a window popped up and downloaded the software for me enabling me to easily register my settings and gave me a dashboard type screen to adjust any settings. Obviously mouse speed is very important and this machine defaults with 5 settings that I can just push a top button to raise and lower the speed instantly. Of course I can go in and make even faster or slower to customize to my preference. Another feature is once you have your profile all saved on the software. you can add more profiles with the push of a button on the bottom of the mouse. I thought that was pretty cool to add profiles just by the press of a button. The mouse lights up to different colors of which you have a total of 16.8 million to choose from. Yes that's right 16.8 million shades of colors. You are also able to adjust how bright you want the LED lighting and how fast and slow to change colors. That is just the start with this mouse. For gamers it get quite technical as to the customization and I won't get into that because they know more about it than I do. As a regular mouse the snap is nice on the mouse. The feel is quite good. It definitely isn't too small. The mouse has three plates which you can snap in and out for a different features. Should add that the snap is used by magnets on the plates. Once you snap a side plate in its instantly read by the software and you can customize the buttons on the specific side plate. Very fast, Top of the line features in this all new mouse that no other on the market can match. I have a nice $50 mouse from a leader in this industry and it doesn't have nearly the features that this mouse has. I can't say enough about this mouse as its both to technical and there is tons of information online. The price is quite reasonable for the product. I would definitely recommend for the gamers. As for an average everyday mouse it works quite well but might be a bit of overplay with all of the features that the average person just wouldn't use. Yet, for a person that knows some tech but isn't into gaming real intensely this mouse has some features that are fun to use on an everyday basis. For example I can set two buttons on the side to turn the volume up and the other down. Very easy to do. I now have a mouse that I press a button volume up and press the other volume down. I wasn't using a mouse pad. Razor recommends there mouse pads for better precision. I like the way it worked on wood as the mouse quickly went to where I wanted the pointer. Of course I'm not even comparing this mouse to the out of the box mice that go straight to the trash can. Logitech has there work cut out for them to top this mouse. Overall, I would definitely recommend even at its lofty price range. Check out the videos at Razor and online to get more specific details and have fun.
The Razer Naga Trinity Chroma Gaming Mouse is Awesome! This mouse is a super mouse! Easily customizable (have to go to Razer's website and download Razer Synapse). Once you install the software you can really unlock the potential of this mouse. For the serious gamer, you will really blow your competition away. From being able to (very easily) chang the side plate to suit your needs to fully customizing what all of the buttons do. Truly mind blowing what you can accomplish with this mouse. Not a gamer? Well you will really appreciate how accurate this mouse is. You can even adjust the mouse's resolution to suit your needs! Works really well with photography applications (I have found). Also this mouse lights up and yes, you can customize the colors, the tempo the effects of LED lighting. Just amazing all that they packed into this mouse! If you thought you couldn't be blown away by a common place mouse, you haven't tried anything from Razer! This mouse is simply awesome. Give it a try, you will not be dissapointed!
When I hooked this Razer, mouse, up to my laptop, it didn't take long to get started and I'm still checking this mouse out. There are two (2) extra changeable sides that come with this one, and so easy to switch and a minute to program or save the program to click and save for later use, and you can change the DPI on this to super click and move through games on the computer. And I am still checking out the uses of this equipment, definitely a tool for the gamer in the house!
The Razer Naga Trinity - Chroma Gaming Mouse with 16,000 DPI 5G Optical Sensor and Interchangeable Side Plates, :s awesome! It had three gaming mouse plates, two of which are interchangeable. The graphic on the mouse changes colors while in use too. It IS pretty cool looking! It had a smooth movement, handles with ease & quick in the click. This us a great mouse for that serious gamer to have. The colors go from green, to blue, to purple, to orange, to red, to yellow. Very cool!!
This mouse is pretty solid all over. Good for HOT key use (gaming). Razor sign in software really has little benefit as the saving features it does not do much since most games save the buttons. Has a good feel in the hand. Would recommend this to a gaming enthusiast.
I was having a hard time setting this up, and I really only do limited gaming so I had the hubby check it out and here's what he said... "I use a lot of programs that help with 3-D modeling and other architecture programs - and those are very user friendly and customizable - so this mouse helps with those and my production time with the mouse on those programs has drastically increased because the commands are made easier. Once I got it set up my programs were flying. The 3 optional attachments are very nice to have when I want to do casual browsing or really productive modeling and illustrating. PC gaming wasn't as hard as I thought it would be." He said that the only thing he didn't like was that it was fairly hard to set it up. It is a little bit small for his normal man hands but says it's not a big deal.
This mouse broke in less than 5 months. I have a limited warranty through razer, hopefully they can do something for it. I do not recommend this mouse. The 12 button panel didn't work at first, and had to be reseated several times before it connected properly. 5 months in I am registering left clicks as double clicks and my right clicks just don't register sometimes. I had a razer deathadder that still works perfectly fine (4 years), I would recommend that over this mouse any day. It is completely unacceptable for a mouse to stop working this quickly.
Within THREE MONTHS of purchasing this mouse, it started double clicking. I had the Naga 2010 and it lasted me EIGHT YEARS before the middle mouse started to mess up, nothing else on it gave me issues, but this one messed up in literal months. By the time one year had passed of me suffering through the annoying double clicking, it stopped left clicking all together. Absolutely trash, not worth the money at all, an overall disappointment to the brand name. Get a Logitech G600, it costs $30 and it's amazing.
