The keyboard itself seems fine but the software is just horrible. First you have to find it online yourself, then it is cloud based so your settings are not stored on your device so start up takes several minutes longer to start up your device; all the while you are spammed with Razer logos. To get the software you also have to agree to new terms and conditions and give them a lot of personal information. Their customer service line told me to call back. Their chat support wouldn't answer my question, do they have a non-cloud based driver, until I again submitted a lot of personal and device information. Finally they said they did not. I will be returning this product. Boycott Razer until they return to non-cloud based drivers and stop collecting and selling our data. It's a keyboard.
