Non oily. I have thin wavy hair abs it actually makes my hair a little more bouncy. It smells great too. I will absolutely love these products buy this brand again!!!
This R+CO Dallas Biotin Thickening Shampoo 8.5 oz & Dallas Biotin Thickening Conditioner 8.5 oz Combo Pack is one of the best products I have tried for thin hair. The thickening shampoo adds vitality to fine, flat hair while nourishing and strengthening from root to tip. Just apply at mid-length and work through to roots and ends of your hair. This shampoo smells wonderful! It produces lots of lather and rinses out nicely. The thickening conditioner will prolong vitality and enhance shine. Apply at mid-length of hair and work through to roots and ends. This conditioner smells wonderful as well. May I add that this conditioner is thick. Not like the usual watery thin conditioners. To my amazement when I rinsed this conditioner out of my hair, I immediately noticed that my hair felt heavier and thicker. My hair also smelled great. At this moment, I was sold on this product. When my hair was dry, it looked fabulous...not flat and dull. I highly recommend this 2 step combo pack for people with thin hair.
I got this product as my hair was starting to look thin hoping it would help thicken. I am going, to be honest, as I did not wait but had my long hair cut short. The product helped but I should have waited before I cut it, I will continue to use as I do like the feel of my hair now. I will give my hair some time to grow and come back. I hope these two products will help. I love how my hair feels using them together to let you know!

I read a lot of reviews and was very excited to receive this set for my thin, fine hair. The thick texture of the shampoo makes it hard to wash out and I'm not convinced it's really doing anything for my hair. No complaints about the conditioner. The fragrance is fine, not bad, not great. I'll continue to use the set but will try something else next time. Shipping time was good and items arrived as described.
I have fine, very thin hair, which was great in the ‘70’s, but awful in the 2020's. I, also had a perm years ago and the hair stylist left the solution in too long and killed some hair follicles, making it even worse. With fine, thin hair, getting your hair to look fuller can be a horrible task. My brother’s wife is a hair stylist so I asked her for advice. She suggested that I get a good thickening shampoo and conditioner. And, it really does make a difference! This combo seemed to do a good job, but I really didn't see a difference between it and cheaper thickening shampoo or conditioner. The shampoo did feel very thick while washing my hair, so I realized I only needed a small amount to get a very thick lather. The conditioners seems comparable to the conditioner I already use. I didn't care for their scent. And I believe it costs too much for my pocketbook.
These biotin thickening shampoo and conditioner feel nice to use. The day after application your hair feels silky smooth and voluminous... However, they contain elements that are bad for your hair and scalp - dimethicone and other silicone based ingredients build up over time. For this reason, I won't continue to use these products.
