This is great for sitting in bed and reading. I have used it on couch too and am glad I got it. Only issue is everyone in family seems to take it so may need to get another one. I got the polyester version so can only speak to that one.
The best refreshing pillows I have come across so far!! Fill comfort level is perfect as well. Using in combo with Brrrrr Pillowcases. I would definitely buy again.

My wife wanted to replace a particular Downlite pillow she purchased several years ago. We were unable to locate one through regular online shopping. I called Downlite direct and their representative helped me out within minutes. Our old pillows have been replaced and everybody is happy. Thank you Downlite!
These pillow are so comfortable and give you just the right amount of support without letting your head sink and hit the mattress
We love this pillow!!! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because we prefer a bit more stuffing. If you prefer a pillow that is thinner this is the one for you! It's definitely cooking and very cozy!!!
I purchased this wedge three months ago hoping this would aid in providing relief with my acid reflux as the description advertised "Reading Wedge (Bonus Acid Reflux Help)". After using this wedge for some time, I feel they need to remove the (Bonus Acid Reflux Help) completely from the title in my humble opinion. I previously purchased two other wedges, but due to back problems was not able to use them as they were too stiff on my back. I was excited when I saw this wedge on the website because it looked like it would be soft on my back, and the reviews were high; so I ordered it right away. First off it looks huge out of the box, second, it is huge (3’longx11/2’tallx1’wide)on the bed (I have a king bed.) The fabric feels of good quality and is soft. The wedge itself was soft and comfortable when I laid back on it and did not hurt my back. More than adequate when reading a book or watching tv in bed. The problem began when I tried it as a wedge for acid reflux and went to bed for the night. A few hours into the night, I had to get up and plump up because the wedge flat were I was laying during the night. There is nothing in this wedge to help it keep its form but feathers so after a while of laying on it, it begins to flatten. If one is purchasing this for use with Acid Reflux help, do not plan on sleeping all through the night on the wedged all poofed up as it was when you first went to bed; it flattens rather quickly. I feel this is more for reading, so if you are considering this for Acid Reflux, you may want to keep
Horrible. This thing never took the shape of a wedge pillow as described. Its a big lumpy blob. I let it expand for a few days and it still looks horrible. It does not give support to sit or evalvate, its a big lumpy blog and difty on top of that. I think i got someones return. Shame on Walmart for shipping out didty pillow. It does not look new and not worth $50plus
I wanted a firm pillow. This pillow is too soft. My head just sinks into it. I was really disappointed with this pillow. Even though I paid good money for this pillow, I gave it way.
