My daughter loves this. She is 12 and very picky.
I brought a lot of toys for Christmas but my son plays with this one every day. It allows the kid to talk into it and makes about 10 different sound effects. It also squirts water and has a small reservoir in the back, that the child may need help with depending on age. The best part is it can be controlled from long distances for example my son controls it from his room when its downstairs.
I bought 7 for 7 kids but the remote controls are not (I'll say) independent. so no Robot races- challenges. nice item (confiscate water jug as needed) opening the box is a bit much, if u like you boxes kept in tact.
The prank bot is cute but the punching hand doesn't work.
Had for a month and the extending arm broke and my son can't use it anymore without it making an awful sound. He was super dissapointed because he really loved it when he got it and playes with it everyday.
water doesnt go far and the hand or arm doesnt really hit that hard. my daughter doesnt really like it.
I got this for my son's birthday and it was really cool for the first day. On the second day it started acting weird and just going round in circles. It shoots water out as a prank but it gets in the battery Compartment and causes issues.
My grand daughted is very disapointed. It was what my 8 yr old grand daughter requested for her birthday, she loved it for about 2 hours, then the punch arm quit working and it makes a awful noise when you try to make it work and wont quit making the noise unless you turn it off and back on. Its a Cute idea, but not made well enough. Typical plastic toy 34$ down the drain for 2 hours play. I had hoped for at least a week before it broke.
Broke within a few days not worth it at all! the glove stopped punching within 5 minutes and the the water gun stopped working.
Remote does not work. Even with 2 sets of brand new batteries and being on the same frequency as the robot. This appears to be a common issue. Very disappointing. Hoping for a working one in my replacement as this was a Christmas present for my child.
