Just what I was looking for.
Susan Bates hooks are the best- they have such a nice deep hook and it really helps hold your yarn in place. I would say if you're a very tight crocheter to get them in metal to be safe....but I found these plastic/acrylic ones to work just fine for me. Highly recommend them.
I love the acrylic hooks. They are lightweight and smooth as glass and work so smoothly with all yarns I have tried it with so far. Can't beat the price either.
Loved it
Red Heart & Susan Bates join forces to make the best starter set for those just learning to crochet. I bought these for teaching a group of young girls the art of crochet. They are perfectly priced, colorful and just like all of Susan Bates' needles so easy to use!
Your typical plastic crochet hooks just odd that the seams are protruding and I now only use these as a last resort.
As I was crossing the actually just broke the tip of them just broke off
This is the first time I have tried plastic hooks and I don't plan to buy anymore. I don't care for the way the yarn feels on the hooks. I can't explain it any clearer than that except to say that the yarn seems to catch instead of moving easily.
