The mud flaps I ordered didn't match my vehicle. With rain and the Covid19 and snow then lots more rain, by the time it was dry enough to try to put them on the return date expired. So now Im stuck with 2016 Jeep Cherokee Deluxe front and rear mud flaps. When I needed 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Laredo).
They were the wrong ones, tried to get a return shipping label but the women at Red Hound Auto didn't know how to send it, I had to mail them back to get my refund but it cost me $19.12 that they would not refund even though she tried at least 2 times to send me the label to no avail. Very unfortunate I had to pay $19.12 for her lack of experience!
