I will always use this. it's the best by far
Easy to use. 1:1 ratio of developer to chromatic redken color. Color is beautiful, true to shade. Been using for years. Great value. Vendor was fast and reliable.
Redken developer arrived packaged well, and timely. A great product used by Professionals. Was not out of date. Good price. Works well, and is the least harsh development I know of. Covers grey when used with the correct Redken color

Do not order this! I ordered 30% cream developer. The large bold writing clearly noted that the developer was 30%. I received 20%. My hair is now brassy blonde in places. When I went back to look up my purchase, I then noticed the photos of the bottles. One was 20% and the other 10%. The product description was misleading.
Even though the vendor charged a higher price for this item, the product has expired so I can't even use it.
