Bought this a few weeks ago, maybe getting close to two months. I put these on a tarp to help cover up my boat about 3 weeks ago. It's starting to get cold and it has dipped below 0 a few times already but hasn't stayed there for long. I went to check on my boat today after being out of state for Christmas and found that these things are about a breath away from snapping. I didn't stretch them very far at all and actually used rope to tie down the tarp, these were just meant to get things a bit tighter and to make me feel better about the tarp staying on if it got windy. Big disappointment. All 6 of them look like they're years old. I've attached pictures of two of them. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.
