When I got this phone, I was so skeptical at it because on the listing it says Face ID does not work, but everything works perfectly. Face ID works perfectly. Everything is fine. The battery is perfect condition. The screens perfect condition. I noticed some light scratches, but it was just on the screen protectorfor $300-$19 this phone is a straight a plus the battery health is 100% capacity it last the whole day everything about this phone is amazing. It’s fast. It’s very nice. It’s clean phone. If you guys are getting a new phone, I would get this phone because it is amazing for that low price. Apple even wouldn’t give you a phone for 300 bucks.
I'm so in love with my phone I upgraded from the purple 11 I still use that one too I love having a bigger screen
I got the phone for my son i he loved it. But we had a hard time setting it to my carrier and the phone had a dent with a opening in it but other than he loved the phone i would recommend you get it! I also have photo's of the phone and the camera quality.
the screen had bad scratches , i returned it to get a replacement. hope i receive one like new as described this time .. waiting on it:)
I just received the phone I purchased. The description says the is in excellent condition however the camera plate on the back is chipped and cracked and the edges have some scuffs. The phone does turn on but I don't know how well it works or the mics work because this is a gift for my boyfriend. Now I have to get the back of the phone replaced to fix the camera plate which will cost 140.00. So I pray the phone itself and it's components are in excellent working condition. I will be back with a phone operating review.
I ordered this phone, condition A, and was looking forward to getting it. However, it has a cracked screen. Never would I pay this much for a phone with a cracked screen. I am very disappointed as well as surprised.
wouldn't recommend. the only reason why i'm keeping it is because i don't have time to send it back, wait on my refund, and then look for a new phone. there were only a couple minor issues that i feel could become major. firstly, there was a dent in the side of the phone. which wasn't much of an issue being as though the rest of the device seemed to be in pretty good shape for it to have been refurbished. secondly, i just discovered my apple pay doesn't work, which will make sense furthermore as i go along. now the last and final issue, which is probably the most crucial, is the manufacturing. they are definitely ripping people off. i got a notification about an unknown part within my device, which leads back to the manufacturing. it said that this could effect the device's overall functionality. such as the display, battery's drainage, multi touch issues, and so on so forth. this would probably mean that they're using some kind of fake, cheap, or incorrect pieces when they are refurbishing these devices. i would only recommend this place for something quick that'll hold you over for about 6-8 months.. maybe even a year, but im sure within that time frame you'll run into technical difficulties within the device. once again, because of the manufacturing. its definitely a quick ripoff, but luckily apple tells you these things.
Phone looks ok but have trouble with battery, no charging or charging sometimes, used different iPhone connectors even the one you sit device to charge, phone died completely. Also the return process is very difficult, not a lot of info and FedEx is more complex than Uos, some fedex locations can't print the QR codes and getting label is complicated, very dissatisfied with this purchased, caused me to buy another phone from Apple Store and other financial issues. I'll never buy another phone or electronic gadget from Walmart refurbished or used
Im having a problem with phone screen keep glitching jumping from app to app just got phone to august 2/2024 now I have to send it back because I can't pay for phns that already messed up, and it scratched all of the scratched up on the side of it on each side
What a joke. Phone came with a ~2 inch deep scratch on the screen. Someone cleverly put a screen protector over it to try and hide it. Contacted Walmart to resolve the issue, the person said they tried calling BuySpry 8 times with no answer. Complete waste of my time and money.
