So far so good with this! I didn't expect much out of a refurbished phone but I was pleasantly surprised that it looks great, and came in a factory box with all of the accessories that come with a new phone. This phone would definitely pass for brand new. I considered purchasing a refurbished phone from Best Buy or even eBay, but I'm really happy with this Wal Mart purchase!
My daughter wanted an IPhone, and this refurb was a good choice, allowing us to get a newer phone, at lower cost. The phone is spotless as far as cosmetic condition, and all functions are 100%, you can't tell it from a new one.
The phone itself is flawless. No marks, scratches, dings, etc. I would call it "brand new" if I didn't know better. It includes new earbuds, Lightning cable and Apple AC/USB power. While it was purchased specifically for the Verizon network, we inserted a T-Mobile SIM, and the phone worked on their network, too, meaning it is NOT "locked' to Verizon's network. That's a huge plus. NICE JOB, Walmart!
I bought as a gift and it came in perfect condition, no scratches or dents. It also came with the charger and earphones. Everything worked when we took it to Verizon, they helped save all the contact and info from the old phone to the new one and there were no problems.
Wouldn't know it was a refurb. Arrived on time put Verizon sim from old phone in and worked perfect. No known blemishes. I like 6 manageable size and features.
Even thought the iPhone I bought is refurbished, it came just as though it was new. It came in packaging as though an iPhone would when not refurbished. No scratches, no thing. Works excellent with no problems. A+
Phone is working like a new one, the only think that didn't make it perfect was the 2 tiny dents
The phone looks and performs like new. Only issue was iOS was not up to date. I had to set up as new phone and update software then erase to allow set up from my iCloud back up.
I was leery about buying a refurbished phone, just because if it isn't perfect my daughter wouldn't be happy. Turns out I was justified in this. The phone is by far not in "like new" condition like everyone who bought the refurbished 16gb said theirs was. It has dents and scratches all around the edges. the screen is in perfect condition though. So that helps a lot. The verizon locked phone is actually not locked at all. I purchased a BYOP kit and with 1 call had it activated on Straight Talk. The phones programming seems to be in perfect order. Hopefully everything will continue to go smoothly with this phone. Overall if you don't mind a few dents bumps and scrapes, this phone is a perfect way to save a few dollars on a overpriced iphone 6
This item was either not Verizon locked or the sim card reader was bad. Walmart, please be sure you are vetting these phones for the proper assigned cellular network!
